Garrett Reviews Books is going to be where I post my reviews of the books that interest me. Mostly, the books I review will be in the young-adult genre (YA), and that will be further narrowed down into the paranormal/fantasy category. There's going to be a few exceptions, of course, but not many. So, let's talk about how I rate books. Books I review will be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Kind of like this...
1 = did not like it, terrible, do not recommend it.
2= not really my thing, not too bad, but not really good, either. Read at your own risk.
3= meh. It was okay. It's down the middle, and I'll leave it up to you to decide if you should read it.
4= it was good. It could have been better, but overall, it was a good book. I'd probably recommend it.
5= I loved it! It was a great book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend it!
Not every book I review will be everyone's preference, but I hope you like the blog, and I'll promise to be as fair and honest about each review as possible!
